What is your fee?  Do you take a percentage of my rent?

Nope.  There is no catch.  We do not take a percentage of your rent nor charge you anything additional.

How will you guarantee rent?

It's simple.   We operate a business that generates revenue and your rent is our cost of doing business.  In addition to our business signing your lease, we will personally guarantee your rent.

Where do you find your guests?

We find our guests on a number of different hosting sites such as CorporateHousingByOwner.com, TravelNursing.com, Furnished Finder, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Zillow.  These are simply online travel agency platforms which are used as a medium between us and our guests.

 

How do you screen guests and what is your criteria?

Many of the platforms noted above perform background checks and ID verification.  We are provided with this information from each inquiry we receive and personally accept or decline guests.  In addition, we ask multiple questions of the guest such as reasoning for their stay and take their story into consideration.  We also look at past reviews left by other rental hosts that have accommodated the guest.

What security measures are in place to ensure the property is kept immaculate?

Guest Screening - Background checks are conducted through booking platforms.  This includes ID verification, in-depth questions to the guest about their stay, and previous rental reviews to ensure trustworthy tenants.

Smart Locks & Noise Monitors - Our properties are equipped with smart locks and noise detection monitors that allow us to monitor and control access remotely, as well as ensure guests are not being loud and causing disturbances to fellow neighbors.

Regular Inspections - Our property management team conducts regular inspections before and after each guest stay to assess the condition of the property and address any issues immediately.

Who is in charge of cleaning the property?

Us!  It is that simple.  We employ a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean and sanitize the property between guest stays.  This ensures the property is always in top condition for the next guest.

Who is responsible for damage made to the property?

All the booking platforms that we host on provide full protection in the event the guests damage anything on the property.  You will not be liable for anything guests may break during their stay.
